Dr. Katie McCalley brings over a decade of experience and advanced training in sports medicine, extremity care, cranial care, and pregnancy + pediatric care to the Pagosa Springs community.
Her approach blends full-spine X-rays and neurologically focused care with precise, full-body adjustments designed to restore function and optimize performance. Annie brings together clinical expertise, scientific rigor, and precision-focused strategy to advance health optimization and longevity. As a Registered Nurse currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree with a specialization in geriatric primary care, she bridges frontline clinical experience with advanced, systems-based medical training. With advanced certifications in peptide therapy, metabolomic and nutrient network optimization, and IV therapies, she translates complex cellular and mitochondrial insights into actionable, personalized interventions—improving patient outcomes, enhancing physiological resilience, and empowering long-term vitality across the aging spectrum.

Hope is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, practicing from a functional, root-cause approach that supports the body’s innate ability to heal.
A two-time cancer survivor, her healing journey ignited a deep passion for inner terrain optimization, detoxification, inflammation reduction, and cellular health. She understands firsthand what it takes to rebuild the body from the inside out.
Hope is also twice certified as a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Practitioner through the International Hyperbaric Association (IHA) and the International Board of Undersea Medicine (IBUM). She integrates nutrition, oxygen therapy education, targeted detox strategies, movement, and mindset to support cancer recovery, prevention, and longevity.
Her work transforms complex wellness principles into practical, sustainable action — empowering clients to reduce toxic burden, strengthen cellular health, and reclaim vibrant vitality.

With over 15 years of bodywork experience in deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and other modalities including cupping and gua sha, Sarah’s philosophy in life is you have to work hard to play hard! She loves connecting with her clients through their hobbies to better understand where their pain and discomfort stems from and how best to address it. She tailors every session to the client’s needs and believes clear communication yields the best results.
As an athletic professional with many active hobbies, she has a personal understanding of the frustration setbacks like pain and injuries can cause and is motivated to help keep people doing the things they love. Massage is a fabulous therapy for healing acute or reoccurring injuries and preventing new ones, restoring a person’s ability to enjoy moving through life!
